Why did we make SelfChanger?


Viewing porn is an almost universal human experience. In our 2020 research study of 600 people, 90% of respondents told us that they’d watched porn. 

In that same study, 80% of respondents told us that their use of porn is no big deal, or is just a habit. 

But a large number of individuals are saying that they aren’t happy with their behavior. In our study, this group made up about 20% of the respondents.
